Tartar Sauce    August 2010
 
3/4 cup mayonnaise                  1 Tbsp capers, minced
1-1/2 Tbps dill pickle, minced     1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp onion, minced                 1/2 tsp garlic salt
 
Stir together all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into
airtight container & refrigerate. Serve with seafood.
 
So good that you might want to double the recipe.
